Home visits across Dianella’s houses, villas and units

Dianella includes detached homes, duplexes, villas, units and older flats. A mobile visit avoids moving a painful dog or a carrier-anxious cat through the car, parking and waiting-room stages of a clinic appointment.

Around Alexander Drive, Grand Promenade and the district-centre streets, routes and visitor parking can become busy. For a home visit in a villa group, apartment or gated property, include the unit number, visitor bay, intercom, gate, stairs and the easiest entry point in the booking request.

The City of Stirling’s Dianella Regional Open Space management plan places this major recreation area between Light Street, Morley Drive and Alexander Drive. If your pet seems sore or unusually tired after exercise, a short video of how they walk at home can help show the change. Photographs of a paw, wound or skin concern, together with when it first appeared, are useful details to include with the request.

What the home setting can show Dr Noor

Pets often move and behave differently at home than they do after a stressful car journey. Dr Noor can see how your pet gets up from a favourite bed, crosses the flooring, approaches food and water, uses a step or settles after walking. Those observations can add helpful context for pain, weakness, mobility, appetite, breathing, anxiety and age-related changes.

The pet’s medicines, feeding setup, sleeping area and any nursing equipment are close by. You can demonstrate the normal routine, show exactly what has changed and discuss a care plan that works in the household. For nervous cats and easily overstimulated dogs, starting in a familiar room can also reduce the build-up of travel and waiting-room stress.

Dr Noor visits your Dianella home

Your visit is provided by Dr Noor, XCura’s founder and attending veterinarian. He listens to the history, examines your pet, explains the findings and discusses the care options and expected costs with you.

Medicines, diagnostic samples and selected tests, follow-up or referral can be arranged as part of the care plan. Read more about Dr Noor’s professional background.

Dianella home-visit pricing

  1. Send the online request with your Dianella address, preferred time, pet details and the change you have noticed.
  2. Dr Noor triages your pet’s needs and plans the day’s visits according to urgency, location, route and availability.
  3. XCura sends the arrival window and any instructions that will help prepare your pet.

  5. At the visit, Dr Noor examines your pet and explains the findings, choices and costs before additional treatment.

Preparing access and pets in Dianella

  • Include the unit or villa number, visitor parking, intercom, gate, stairs and the best entrance in the request.
  • Bring dogs indoors before the arrival window and keep a lead ready.
  • Place cats in a secure, quiet room about 15–20 minutes before Dr Noor arrives.
  • Choose a calm, well-lit space and gather medicines, records, results, photographs and videos.
  • List every pet that needs attention so the visit can be planned correctly.
  • Tell XCura beforehand about aggression, bite risk, difficult handling, possible infectious disease or another safety concern.

Urgent and same-day vet requests in Dianella

If your pet becomes unwell suddenly, send a home-visit request with the symptoms, when they began and whether the problem is changing. Clear photographs or a short video can help Dr Noor understand what is happening and triage the sickest pets first.

Dianella owners can request help for vomiting, diarrhoea, sudden lameness, wounds, broken nails, sore eyes or ears, coughing, pain, restlessness, urinary changes, unusual behaviour or a flare-up of a known condition.

For an immediate life-threatening emergency, travel directly to an open veterinary hospital.

We are forever grateful for the skill and compassionate care Dr Noor gave our beautiful girl (and us). With his ongoing support and oversight to ensure her comfort we had a further 10 days with her before we had to say goodbye. With our deepest thanks and appreciation to this most amazing vet.

Dr Noor is wonderful. My senior lab x mastiff, Sunny, was in pain and struggling to put weight through her back legs. I sent a request for a home visit late at night for the following morning. I received a response immediately and was booked in the next day. Dr Noor arrived within the allotted time and was so patient with Sunny who is anxious around new people. He was incredibly thorough in his examination and had all medications that Sunny needed to keep her comfortable with him. I was so impressed with the service provided and Dr Noor’s care for Sunny. New favourite vet! Would definitely recommend.

Highly rate Dr Noor. He was very kind and gentle with my 10 week old Puppy’s ear infection and helped her recover. She was a squirmy patient but Dr Noor was very patient with her and took the time to answer any questions I had. She was excited to see him again on the second visit so that is a big tick of approval!

Dr. Noor arrived in a timely manner to look after our groodle Toffee after making the booking on the same day. The booking system was easy and efficient. He took time to get to know our timid dog, working to gain her trust. We loved Dr. Noor's patience, kindness and all the time making it as stress-free for Toffee as possible. We will most definitely be re-booking with Dr. Noor with all our vet visits going forward. Highly recommend his professional services to anyone looking for a mobile vet.

Dr Noor is so incredibly kind, patient and truly cares about the wellbeing of your pet. If he is ever late for your appointment it’s only because he’s had to prioritise an emergency which means if your pet is ever in a similar situation you know he’ll do everything within his capacity to be their for them as promptly as possible, which is a really comforting thought.
