Home Visit Fee includes travel, senior-vet assessment and care planning.
Extra services are quoted before payment.
Prescription fee: $35, waived when issued during the consultation.
All prices include GST. Dispensing and third-party charges are separate.
Travel: An additional fee may apply for locations further from our primary and secondary service zones. We’ll quote this before confirming your booking and proceed only with your approval.

Courtesy Credits

Professional & Senior Courtesy Credit: XCura offers a Professional & Senior Courtesy Credit for eligible education workers, healthcare professionals, and clients aged 65+, including a 10% discount on call-out fees, 5% discount on medications, and 5% discount on procedures where required.

Eligibility and applicable items are confirmed before booking or treatment. This courtesy credit does not automatically apply to third-party laboratory, cremation, external pharmacy, or other external-provider charges unless expressly stated.
