XCura Mobile Vet Pricing

Call-out fee covers senior veterinarian travel, professional assessment, and in-home care planning.
Medications, diagnostics, procedures, laboratory testing, sedation, wound care, and complex case management can be provided during the visit, if you wish. An estimate will be provided beforehand.
If you prefer to source medications from your chosen pharmacy, a prescription would be provided at the visit.

Home Visit Fees

Home visit base fees are for sick pets, vaccinations, and general veterinary services during weekday business hours, 8am to 5pm. It includes Health Check / Sick Pet Consult and Care Planning when appropriate.

Private cremation pathway: The XCura Mobile Vet private cremation pathway price includes euthanasia, transport, and admin. Private cremation and keepsake fees are charged separately by the independent cremation provider.

Private cremation details, ashes return, keepsakes, and timing will be confirmed before booking where relevant.

Care Plans & Ongoing Care

For suitable pets needing structured follow-up at home, XCura may recommend ongoing care plans after assessment. These can suit repeat injections, senior-pet monitoring, palliative support, planned medication review, and other stable home-care needs where regular follow-up is clinically appropriate.

Ongoing Care Plan	Quoted after first assessment	Suitable for senior-pet monitoring, palliative and quality-of-life support, repeat medication review, and other planned home-care needs where an ongoing schedule is clinically appropriate. The aim of the Ongoing Care Plan is to reduce the financial burden of a chronically ill pet care while maintaining high quality and painfree care at home, as much as practically doable.

Care plan summary and important notes

Care plans cover only the consultations, reviews, injections, monitoring, or other services specifically listed in the selected plan.
Where a plan includes repeat monthly injections or similar recurring administration services, the injection administration fee is covered, but the medication cost itself is not included unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Medications, pathology, procedures, travel, after-hours attendance, cremation, aftercare, and third-party charges are charged separately unless the plan expressly says otherwise.
A dispensing fee applies per item unless XCura Mobile Vet advises otherwise in writing.
After-hours, weekend, and public-holiday dispensing may attract a higher dispensing fee under the current surcharge schedule.
Fee changes may be introduced on 30 days notice for new enrolments or new care-plan sign-ups. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, those changes do not retrospectively alter the agreed fee for a client already enrolled in their current care plan.

Professional & Senior Courtesy Credit: XCura offers a Professional & Senior Courtesy Credit for eligible education workers, healthcare professionals, and clients aged 65+, including a 10% discount on call-out fees, 5% discount on medications, and 7.5% discount on procedures where required. Eligibility and applicable items are confirmed before booking or treatment. This courtesy credit does not automatically apply to third-party laboratory, cremation, external pharmacy, or other external-provider charges unless expressly stated.
