XCura Mobile Vet is a fully equipped mobile veterinary clinic that brings to your home almost all services normally provided in a veterinary clinic.

We manage routine illness in pets and can perform both in-house and external laboratory testing, including blood sampling, ear cytology, blood glucose checks, urine testing, and many more. We can dispense medications at your door, provide sedation for painful or stressful procedures, perform vaccinations and wellness checks, including annual blood screening, manage a variety of wounds by a professional veterinary surgeon (Dr Noor) with strong track record in wound healing research and publications, deliver palliative care, support chronic conditions in senior pets, and provide peaceful at-home euthanasia.

There are some exceptions, including intensive care (ICU) for critically unwell patients, surgery, and procedures requiring full general anaesthesia with hospital admission. We hope your pet never requires these services; however, if we realise they need it when visitng them, we will discuss this with you, help guide you to an appropriate facility if you accept, and relay your pet’s medical information to support a smooth continuation of care.

Before modern veterinary hospitals existed, vets came to the animals. In the 18th and 19th centuries, both in Europe and colonial Australia, veterinary care was routinely delivered at farms, homes, and stables. Transporting animals—especially the sick or anxious—was often impractical or risky. The house-call vet isn’t a new idea; it’s the original model of care, now revived with modern tools to suit today’s pets and families.
